Products Guarantee

The stitching was trim and straight in most spots and there are no extra strings. By using the high-quality ink,  the logo or design imprinted on the neoprene products won’t wash out, fade or crack for a long time.

Strict Inspection for neoprene products:  

• Checking the cutting mould before cutting
• Checking the logo plate before Printing
• Checking the cut material swatch before start to produce
• Checking every stitching and printing when producing
• Checking all products one by one before packing

Products Returns

If you find there is transfer damage, manufacturing defectives or the products are not the same as the sample, we may accept the returns in half a year. We can’t make the replacement if just because you don’t like it or don’t need it anymore. 

Please contact our sales to request the returns, and show the reasons detailedly.  We may request a picture or a sample for checking. After we accept the replacement, you may need to return all the defectives according to the real situations.  

Color Matching

We try to match the colors with your art proofs while production, but there are many factors that are out of control, such as ink variation, neoprene material variation, and monitors color difference, and the nature of printing,  We may swatch out the colors with a close tonal value because colors may vary although during the same printing process.  So the final color on the products maybe not the exactly the same as the proof, and we may not accept the claim caused by color matching.
