1. What is neoprene material?

Neoprene Material is used to make diving wetsuit in a long time. It is widely used to make neoprene koozies, can cooler, beach bag, lunch bag, sporting support vest, sweat belt, and knee brace now.

2. Is the artwork for printing free and what is the requirement for artwork?

If you don’t have an artwork, we have professional designers with over 10 years experience, they may make your fantastic ideas come ture. We supply free design with 2 times change. We will charge
USD30 with further change.

If you have your own artwork, please try to mail it with the following requirements.
File Formats: Adobe Illustrator(.ai), Coral Draw, Photoshop(.psd), PDF, high-quality JPEG and TIFF with above 300 DPI.

3. What is the MOQ of neoprene koozies?

Usually, our MOQ is 1000pcs. We may also accept the lower MOQ, but the price will be not so competitive.

4. Can I get samples of neoprene koozies?

We have prepared a free sample pack of blank koozies, but if you want them with your artwork, we need to charge USD50. About shipment,
if you have an account of express, it is better. If not, we may charge USD20 if you want to get it in 3-5 days, if you could wait 15-20 days,
we don’t charge shipment fee.

5. What are the payment methods?

Generally we customers make payment by TT(electronic funds transfer) or Western Union or, we may also accept small payment by Paypal for sample order and LC(letter of credit) for big order.

6.How about delivery and shipping?

For koozies, generally, we may deliver the order in 15-20 days. For big order, above 200,000 pcs, it may take more than 20 days.
We deliver the small order by express like DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT. If your order is big, we may choose air transportation
or shipment by sea.
