1. Customization: Products can be customized according to customer needs, materials can be replaced, color, but also can control the cost of production, to meet customer requirements. More than 100 colors are available for selection, and you may also choose the Pantone color. Generally, the thickness of neoprene material for wine bags is 3 mm,  2 ~ 5 mm thickness is available.
2. Sample Proofing: if there is a need to proofing, generally, it will take about 7 days, the cost is about USD60, The Proofing is produced according to customer’s artwork or real sample. If you want to add LOGO, single-color printing is free,  multi-color printing on a larger area will cost about USD20-USD200.  If the logo should be produced with a new mold, metal mold costs USD120, plastic mold costs USD80.
   3. MOQ:  The minimum order quantity is 500 pieces per color. 
   4. Contract: Both parties confirm the style, quantity, unit price, color, material, LOGO manufacturing process and delivery time of the products ordered, and then sign the order contract. All matters shall be governed by the provisions of the contract
   5. Deposit: After confirming the sample, the customer needs to pay 30‰ deposit to arrange the production.
   6. Production: Factory arranges the raw material and processing procedures. Generally, the delivery time is about 15 days, for special colors, material and difficulty craft, it needs more than 15 days. For bulk order, it will take 25 days after the order is confirmed.
   7. Delivery: After production finished, customer may arrange an inspection. If products are confirmed, customer pays the rest of the payment and then arranges the shipment.
   8. Feedback: Any feedback is appreciated, we will improve our products if necessary.
